Whenever i try to access the bios it just freezes once it gets to the menu and then i have to switch off and on again, boots to windows fine!

Just have to jump into this one , Guy doesn't even give the name of the MB, asks for help on something that could have hundreds of causes and then calls everybody "useless ******" WTH ???????
