Title: Motherboard GA-H61M-S2PV Won't boot from ROM

Motherboard GA-H61M-S2PV Won't boot from CD-ROM / DVD-ROM, it can boot from USB Device. In Bios it's shows this one have the CD-ROM. After installing OS, also shown in the Windows. We tried several time by disabling / Enabling UEFI. It's still like that after Updating Bios.
