Title: Intel Management Engine Interface - GA-P35--DS3P

I have a machine with a GB motherboard GA-P35-DS3P which I want to use as a HTPC however to optimise the sound I need "Intel Management Engine Interface". I have searched the net for this interface but have been unsuccessful.
Is there such a file for this motherboard and where might I find it.
