i have MB h55m-s2 with core i5 760. sometime i upgrade my ram to 8gb using vengeance model.
as you see at image my second slot ram no enable. when i check at my windows 7 64bit itu installed 8GB (usable 3.96GB)
how to fix it? i hope i can use fully my ram
another spec zotac gt240 and xfi tiranium

Do you have the memory in the right slots. That would be slot 1 & 2.
One other thing is go into msconfig and click on boot. Click on the Advanced options and make sure you don't have the memory check.
The # of processors & max memory should not have any check marks in the boxes.

ya because only two slot
my processors max memory its 8gb.
and i have try setting at msconfig. have another option sir?

Have you tried to clear the cmos than go back in and just set the default setting than reboot and seen what happens.

From the printscreen above, obviously u r overclocking your ram to 1600MHz.
IMHO, ur cpu and mobo only support 1333Mhz natively, so u had better try to run stable at 1333Mhz.
If 1333Mhz is stable, then should be the overclocking cause the problem.
if the problem still persist at 1333Mhz, then u should try to plug only one DDR3(ur new ddr3) into the ddr slot(try both slots) of the mobo,
If the system fail to boot correctly at both slots, then it should be the compatible issue between the mobo and ur new ram.
The first generation i series of intel cpu got many compatible issue with current new ddr3 sticks.
