Please describe your hardware.... PSU, hard drive, SSD, monitor,....

Otherwise:

I think is normal if the system make a verification ''pool data on DMI'' if you have put a new hard drive on the motherbord.

1. Standard CMOS Features: Go in and turn off halt on any error.

2. Advanced BIOS Features: Go in here and make sure you are booting to the Hard drive 1st boot.

First Boot Device [Hard Disk]
Second Boot Device [CDROM]
Third Boot Device [Floppy]
