Hi,
Since recently i've made the switch back to gigabyte boards after some issues with annother brand.I have a gigabyte up4 and 3930k processor now the strange thing is i have very weird voltage readings with hardware monitor or openhardware monitor,i'm using bios f3t because its for me very stable and my rig is running for more then a week very good and stable with a mild overclock to 4.3.Here is a screenshot with voltage readings in the latest version of hw monitor.I also tested the system for stability using prime 95 for morge then 4 hours without problems.

Hi again,
For more infos about chipset , use a Intel web site...
I find a diagram:
http://www.intel.com/content/www/fr/fr/chipsets/performance-chipsets/x79-express-chipset-diagram.html
IntelĀ® X79 Express Chipset
(IntelĀ® BD82X79 PCH)
http://ark.intel.com/products/64015/Intel-BD82X79-PCH
I see:
Max TDP 7.8 W
TCASE 92.7 C
Maybe try this:
