Hello there!
It has been a couple of days since my PC has stopped working. It doesn't start up. It restarts automatically, it's in loop.
I press the power on botton and the fans start for a couple of seconds, then they switch off. After a second, the PC starts again and I'm able to see the boot menu. Now on the monitor are displayed the chipset model, the ram frequency (but not the amount of memory) and a screen: "Waiting for ME ready... 8". That 8 is a countdown and when it reaches 0... the PC switches off and the loop restarts.
I tried removing the ram memories block by block, I tried switching them and I also tried resetting the bios (clear cmos). I even removed the battery for ten hours... but nothing has changed.
On the contrary... since I've resetted the bios at the PC startup I don't have the default booting screen anymore, but a colored "touch bios" interface... anyway after ten seconds the PC keeps rebooting.
I changed the video card too, I tried a gtx 275, but the error is still there.
I unplugged the DVD player, HD and HHD... still nothing.
Someone have a solution?

Change to drivers 314.22 nvidia

Hi again, ;)
Have you possibility to plug monitor to Rear Connector on motherboard?
Remove your graphic card before.
You have a IntelĀ® HD Graphics 3000 on Integrated Graphic Processor.
Try with a DVI or HDMI cable.
-
i have tried to replace the vga. Now i have gtx 580. I tried with gtx 275 and the pc doesn't work.
-
But the pc is functionnel with GTX 580?
And with a IGP 3000, on the motherboard? With a vga... ? or other connector?
EDIT:
What is your PSU? Exact model, please.
-
My PSU is "Corsair Professional Series Gold AX750 750W 80Plus Gold High Performance".
My gtx 580 always worked correctly.
I don't have a hdmi connector for use IGP 3000

Hi Ciro93, ;)
What is your natural language?
Do you speak french?
The computer works there with the IGP- Integrated Graphic Processor.
The Intel i7 2600k have a IGP 3000 inside a CPU.
So try to plug a monitor to connector in back panel of motherboard.

I'm italian and my english is terrible :P
So... if i can find a HDMI conncetror i will try to connect the monitor to the mobo.

I don't have a hdmi connector, i can't use the integrated graphic card. But i tried to start pc without vga, hdd and ram, and the mobo does not emit any "beep" sound. Pc turns on and off automatically in the same way.
