I have this B75M-D3H motherboard and it keeps turning on when I hibernate the computer.
I have a laptop on the same network and the moment it turns on, the Desktop B75M-D3H, turns on too.
Even sometimes when am using my mobile phone, the computer turns on automatically.

I have disabled options like Press any key on keyboard to turn on the computer, still it does.
Hibernation shuts down your PC and Sleep puts it into Standby! Right?
Hibernation requires user to manually turn it back on, why does it start automatically?
I have checked all the options in BIOS, nothing helped.

You make a disabled function in Window or in Bios or both?
In bios, page 38 on manual:
You find:
Power On By Keyboard
Erp are what... Enabled or Disabled ?
You use a Wake On LAN ? If no , try with Erp to Enabled.

ERP was disabled, and the Power on by Keyboard as well.
I did a test using PassMark to check if the computer is hibernating correctly or not,
It passed the sleep test and when in hibernation any key if pressed would still wake it up :-\
Did a little bit of reading and found out about HYBRID SLEEP in WINDOWS 8!

Turned that off, and PC was turned off the rest of the night.
Maybe that was the issue, would post back if the issue persists :)
