Title: Gigabyte Z68AP-D3 and corsair 1600mhz problem !!

Hello , can you guys help me ?!

I have 2 problems with the gigabyte Z68Ap-d3 with the corsair (4GBx2)1600mhz CMV4GX3M1B1600C11

1- its give me 1333MHz not 1600mhz i have tried to make 16:00 on the bios but the max is 13:33 i have the last bios update FD

2-the memtest86+ give me errors in test with those ram i have test them on asrock H77-M but they work just fine without any problem with 1333mhz

because that problem sometime i get bsod ...please guys help

+ I flashed the motherboard with the AMI UEFI Bios UA9 ...but the computer won't boot up , i had to change the cpu i7 2600 UC with g630 and flashed back to normal bios to make it boot again with the I7 .
