I updated my OS to Windows 7 Home Premium and my onboard AC97 sound stopped working. I have tried various drivers to no avail and have tried a PCI Windows 7 ready sound card and nothing works! Is there any type of workaround for this or am I just out of luck here?

Before install new codec, Uninstall last drivers with Control panel ...Peripheral gestion...
