Title: GA-770TA-UD3 Hardware Virtualization?

Does the GA-770TA-UD3 support hardware virtualization?

I've downloaded the manual and it shows a BIOS setting for "Virtualization Enable/Disable". Before purchasing I need to verify hardware virutalization support for XPMode and Hyper-V.

Yes it does. You need to enable the option in Bios as you mentioned but it works.
