Title: Waiting new bios GA-Z87X-UD3H..
Post by: sakkito1 on July 16, 2013, 06:53:17 pm
Hi, does anyone have information on when gigabyte to publish the latest bios version of the GA-Z87X-UD3H. I mean the next stable version, i do not beta version. The current version of the F5 is really buggy... :(

Like what issues are you encountering.... aside perhaps from the 4-RAM issue.

Might be good to post your setup too.

you may ask Gigabyte support to provide you latest beta bios to check.

I used F6i, beta bios and it looks better than F5. Yesterday Gigabyte released stable F6 (or only information about new bios on Gigabyte website) but.... it's no way to download it from any link. All links appear broken. Does anybody know when it will be ready/or how to download it?

Thank you for all these tips. The newest bios is available for download, and apparently even the download link works very well now at least. :)

I was unable to update from F5 to F6 bios  >:( Im using q-flash with a 1gb fat32 pendrive. and im sucessfuly update F3 to f5 with this.
After the boot I pushing the End button, starting the update and its run fine, but after reboot ,i got this: (https://www.dropbox.com/s/s94jxkzepv9vr4u/Photo%202013.07.20.%2011%2007%2059.jpg)

https://www.dropbox.com/s/s94jxkzepv9vr4u/Photo%202013.07.20.%2011%2007%2059.jpg (https://www.dropbox.com/s/s94jxkzepv9vr4u/Photo%202013.07.20.%2011%2007%2059.jpg) its erase , and write.
I dont know what is this? this is actually the update process or the one in the q-flash? ???, but after this done and restart, i' ve got a "15" debug code.
Then I manualy power off and on , and the process is starting again, and the bios is still "F5"

p.s I have tried from update the bios from UEFI, but its the same

With the new F7 bios the boot time is much longer.
I've got the post screen later and on degug led B2 state is longer. Anyone else has this thing?

Yes, slightly, but not bad.... at least not like my older C2D system.  And I guess because it barely has any programs yet.
