Title: GA-H87-DH3 expansion card problem
Post by: godzio on July 17, 2013, 07:49:43 pm
I have a GA-H87-DH3 motherboard and I have a problem with all the expansion cards:

• PCI Express x16 in 3.0 mode does not work properly - all graphics benchmarks show radical drop of performance (several times) in comparison to 2.0 and 1.0 modes.
Graphics card:PCIEx 3.0 compatible GV-N65TOC-1GI

• Other expansion cards are sometimes not detected by the system. This situation occurs randomly, about every 5-15 computer starts.
Sound card: Asus Xonar D1, PCI,
Tuner TV: AVER Hybrid TV, PCI Express x1

These problems occur irrespective of: type of expansion cards, connectors where the cards are placed, motherboard BIOS version, operating system,
memory modules, hard drives. Described problems do not occur with the same expansion cards installed on the other motherboards.

Does anyone has similar problems and know how to solve them?

have u updated to latest bios to check?
you may go to gigabyte website to download it and update bios.
if you still have the problem, you may ask Gigabyte to check it trhough gigabyte GGTS support.
