Title: Problems with audio input on Z87X-UD3H
Post by: Peaceful on July 23, 2013, 02:22:40 pm
I have just built a a PC. Whenever I use the audio input on the back side of the mobo I get these random "device connected"-sounds. If I'm listening to music or video the media is stopped when this sound appears, with an error message saying that there have been a change in audio device or something. This does not happen when I use the audio input on top of the chassis. Is this a hardware failure?

Sorry if it's hard to understand or something, but I'm in a hurry.

This solution solved my problem: install the Realtek-drivers

Realtek driver fixes sound issues on Windows, but it's impossible on Linux.
Has anybody found any acceptable sollution?
