Recently, I've been building a new PC, and I finally managed to get it together. The moment I switched it on however, it started correctly before promptly giving two short POST beeps. No signal is outputted to the screen, and it restarts after a few seconds before continuing ad infinitum. I've tried resetting the CMOS as well as replacing the battery, to no avail. I have put the RAM in all possible slots, with no real effect. I have tried re-cabling it, but nothing is really working.
I'll post the specs, and I'm trying desperately not to have to RMA the motherboard.
MoBo - GA-Z77-D3H
CPU - Intel i7 3770
GPU - Gigabyte GTX 660
RAM - 1x 4GB DDR3 stick
PSU - Sumvision 800W
Thanks in advance!

Have you tried it outside of the case? On the box that it came in.

Your 1 stick of RAM can do problem, how sure you are that is OK?
Video output connect to board itself (do not insert your GTX 660, atm).
Check for bent pins in CPU socket.

Absolute life-saver! :D
I checked the socket, and a couple of pins were bent [noise turned out to be the optical drive].
Being of unfit countenance to repair these, I have ordered a replacement :/
Either way, thank you so much!
