Title: Faulty motherboard

specification list

Gigabyte Z87X-OC Intel Z87 (Socket 1150) DDR3 ATX Motherboard
Intel Core i5-4670K 3.40GHz (Haswell) Socket LGA1150 Processor - Retail
XFX 1050W Black Edition Pro '80+ Gold' Certified Modular Power Supply
G-Skill 8GB Ripjaws X DDR3 1333 Dual Kit

I have just built this and for some unknown reason after the bios screen the pc reboots and starts again in a loop.

I have not touched anything in the bios but i can that the reboot happens on a code 02 which is not in the manual fault code list.

I have tried

No usb connected, No dvd drive, all sata ports, reset bios, update bios to f4 - f5, booted up externally on box, samsung spinpoint f3 500gb, samsung, spinpoint f3 1tb, ocz agility 3 ssd 120gb, ocz agility 3 indilux 60gb

All my attempts fail to allow me past the bios screen, i can access the bios screen without and problems.

Any ideas ?

I forgot the mention all the pc is less then 1 week old with the motherboard only been recieved yesterday. I am well within warranty i just do not know what to RMA.

Do you have other Power supply to check?

I tried a branded 400w psu and it failed to power the board with only a graphic card in. The card was a old 5450 and required no external power. I have had to return the motherboard and power supply.
