Title: GA-78LMT-USB3 bios question

I have an FX6300 in the above Mobo,and acording to @bios utility its got the F2 bios installed

I saw theres an F3 and an F4 bios update available,is it worthwhile me upgrading to one of these?

Im also running  a 660,and in some games i get some stutter/fps lag,could a bio update improve this?
