Title: Intel i7 3770k and HT
Post by: Larkina on August 06, 2013, 04:28:18 pm
I'm currently using a Gigabyte Z77X-UP4TH v1.0 motherboard with an Intel i7 3770K processor. Cannot disable Hyperthreading. I went in to the BIOS and disabled HT and hit F10 to save but still showing 8 threads in the Device Manager. I've updated to the latest F10b BIOS update. Is anyone else having this problem? Thanks for any help in advance.

Why do you want to disable HT?
