when i installed intel hd driver and restarted, the system boot loop problem arised and system restarted on windows loading screen every time i boot.
i went to safe mode and uninstalled just intel hd driver ,restarted system ,then system booted normally.
so the problem was with intel hd graphics Huh
my system specs are as follows:
GA B75M_D3H
core i3 3220
corsair vengeance 2gbx2
thermal master 450 watts power supply
THIS is gigabyte motherboard problem .they are incompatible with intel hd graphics.
if anyone uses gigabyte board with third gen corei processors, they will have same problem.
so in short i wasted my money buying gigabyte motherboard :(

Go to intels site and download the most up to date driver for it that should solve your problem. I am assuming you installed from disk if you did you can always try windows update also.

i have tried all the drivers ,even the most recent driver from intel website, also from gigabyte website ,and also installed the driver from windows update.
but no one worked.
i think this is gigabyte motherboard problem.
this doesnot happen in other brands motherboard.
gigabyte or intel must release a new driver update for intel hd graphics to work correctly.

problem fixed finally.
the cheap power supply that came with my casing was causing that problem.
maybe the PSU wasn't powering the motherboard correctly.
