Title: 990FXA UD3, @bios update, Windows 8 wont boot

Hi guys,

As my thread subject says, i recently performed a bios update through the @bios in windows 8 to update my bios to FC. The update went all smooth, but windows isn't booting anymore, and running into the blue screen everytime.

Can you please advise what are the workarounds to this problem?

Flash the BIOS back to what it was

thanks for the reply cchaos.

I cleared cmos and did a flash, reset the windows, and now its good. bios version is showing as FC. i do have the pain of installing everything again, but its working, and finally got to run my dominator platinums to run in 1866, thanks to this board!
