I had this problem before (using a 1440p monitor), but I never investigated the problem inside the settings, but I got my problem resolved by updating the Flash Bios to F8e

I have the same problem. The Toggle switch haven't worked since launch. Running full hd monitor and dvi-d cable.

Where did you get hold of it? Only the F7 version is avaliable on the Gigabyte site.

I got it there:
http://forums.tweaktown.com/gigabyte/28441-gigabyte-latest-beta-bios.html

keep in mind it a beta not official release.
It has no patch notes or whaterver, so I don't know for sure what has been fixed.
