Title: Error Code 04 + logitech 110 no booting

hi i have two question.

1.- My pc normally runs with the code A0 on it, but sometimes it changes to 04.It get fix after a restart. Is that normal??
what does 04 code means?? i been running Test and i havent detect any problem.

2.- I have a keyboard logitech g110 and im not able to boot with it. how can i fix that???

my pc basic specs are:
MOTHERBOARD GA-Z77X-UD3H (rev 1.0)

03 or 04= typical code in windows after recovering from sleep or hibernation.
