Hello, I have a ssd I plan to install in this board which will be the only, drive with OS. I was wondering if it makes any difference which sata2 socket I use sata2 0/1/2/3/4? I have it set to AHCI in bios already. I assume I should not, use the Gsata sockets? Thanks! :)

Usually I connect to the lowest numbered SATA port 1st so, in your case that would be, SATA2_0. Although it shouldn't really make a difference it can be beneficial when adding further drives later on.
I would use the GSATA port(s) for any DVD/CD drives that you are installing.

Is there a reason why I should hook my dvd burner to a GSATA socket because right now I don't have it connected that way? Thanks! :)

The only reason I do this is because I have found that some SATA DVD/CD drives do not like running in AHCI Mode and using the GSATA ports, set to IDE, can alleviate any problems.

AH, I see I'll try to remember that. Thanks! :)
