I am having issues with my EVGA NEX750G Power Supply and my Gigabyte 990FXA-UD3 Rev: 3.0 motherboard. The first 750G I had brandnew out of the box the computer would turn on for 3 secs and shut off again, it would repeated do this until I turn the switch on the power supply off and on. I thought it was an issue with the power supply so I RMA'd it. The replacement I got it will boot, shut down, and boot into windows. I have heard that these units have issues with gigabyte and Msi motherboards. I am just wondering if anyone else is having the same issues. The new unit sent out to me was tested on a Gigabyte Z87 board by EVGA and worked with no issues. I get it and it has problems, just wondering if anyone else running a AMD Gigabyte motherboard is having these problems.

In searches of this PSU i found many remarks that leads me to believe you are right. This is a responce from someone at EVGA.
Got the following from a review on newegg.com.

As to if they have a real fix for it i can not tell by the reviews as it seems one did re-review it but had the same problem as the first one they got.
