Title: GA-H61M-USB3V with i3 CPU - on and off

Just built my own desktop but when i turned it on, it turns off in less than 5sec then after about 3sec it turns on again and the cycle keeps repeating until i turned it off.

GA-H61M-USB3V mobo
i3 CPU
XFX 650W PSU
4GB Kingston mem
512gb seagate hdd

please help!

does your motherboard support your CPU?
have other cpu to update to latest bios?
