Title: GA-970aDS3 BIOS upgrade help

I have downloaded the F6 bios onto a FAT32 USB stick, and first question is, which do I select when asked to provide the file for the update?
Next. I went to update via the bios and  when it comes to selecting the drive to kook for the new bios the only option that appears us for a floppy drive! What am I doing wrong?

After downloading the F6 bios file, click on the .exe file and it will ask you where you want the file extracted to. At this point, direct the extracter to your flash drive.

Select the drive in the flash utility and the other drive choices should appear.
