Title: Z87M-D3H - TMPIN1(CPUID) is very high.

Hi

I am getting very high temps on TMPIN1 (CPUID). Same temp from Speedfan which shows it as Temp2.
Other temps are OK.

From CPUID:
Temperature 0     30°C (86°F) [0x1E] (TMPIN0)
Temperature 1  127°C (260°F) [0x7F] (TMPIN1)
Temperature 2  25°C (77°F) [0x19] (TMPIN2)

EasyTune only shoes the CPU and System
CPU 25/26°C
System  30°C


Can anybody tell me what part or where TMPIN1 is from.
