Is it possible to raise NB FREQUENCY/BUS  Above 2600 MHz to cpu 8320/8350 ?

i try with http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=3891#ov

Maybe but whats the use ,the RAM will cut any performance increase anyway as well as lack of more memory channels.
You will gain only heat and power consumption.
