It won't boot for some reason. I connected it to my old dell 8300 case and put superglue between the fan and the central intel chip. I turned the power on and all I hear is the fans spinning and a buzzing noise. Has anyone else had these problems? Please help, thanks.

I guess and hope for you that you are kidding - or? Superglue is one way to fix the fan on the CPU. Just do not switch it on afterwards. Thermal compound/screws/clips might be a better way. ;)

OMG I really hope you're not serious about the superglue, if you are, that buzzing you hear is probably your Motherboard telling you that your CPU is overheating and is about to explode, you may have made a $300 plus mistake, if you can get the Heatsink off the IHS some lapping of it may be in order.

but my friend who has experience said if you dont use superglue the chip will fall out and will make the electric current travel to the case and become live.
now the board isnt working at all. all i can hear is pops and crackling i woulnd even dare touch the case now.
