Hi there,
i can't manage to get any image on screen.
When i put cpu, gpu and 1 stick of ram then there is no beeps and cpu cooler spins for 1 sec and then stops.
If i try to run it without ram then it keeps continuously short beeping.
Could this be ram incompatibility or what?

Wouldnt of said RAM; if it was a memory issue then it would bleep at you like when you take the RAM out.
Instead, I would say its the power supply. I note that you say cheap; how cheap is it? Most cheap 500w power supplies are nothing more than an over-rated 300w (if that). The easiest way to tell is by checking its weight. If it feels heavy, then this is a good sign. However if you feel that you could swing it around a room, then its not even worth using.
Have you got a good (known) power supply that works in a computer thats similarly specced to yours?

Bought cheap RAM and now its working, suppose that previous RAM isn't compatible with that mobo.
