Depends on the BIOS.
If the board is old who knows ,the chipset is from 2007 so only PCI-E1.0.
The video card may or may not switch to PCI-E1.0 or it may slow itself down.Anyway the card will not show full potential even if it works in that configuration.
Sorry for the pessimistic reply ,but there is a risk form both , the mobo and the video card BIOS :)
