Title: GA-z87x-D3H Crash when installing driver disc
Post by: chadlebowski on December 02, 2013, 11:56:24 am
When I install the driver disc for this motherboard, the system crashes on reboot. I am also unable to use the PCI-E 8x slot, and have no IVGA or LAN. Does this mean I have a faulty motherboard?

I tried to install the F7 BIOS, but am told that it cannot be opened on the operating system I'm using (Win 8 64bit). I should mention that the IVGA was working, and then stopped. I can only assume that the board is faulty and I'll be returning it.

use q-flash to update BIOS.

If onboard GPU no longer works it may be the CPU at fault as thats where the GPU is
