Title: help needed with BIOS upgrade

Greetings to all of you.
I have gigabite  GA-EP35-DS3L REV: 1.0  and would like to upgrade to latest BIOS version.
I have never done this so i would need step by step guidance on how to do it.

Try this link.  I used the Q Flash method with a USB drive for my board. Good luck. ;)

it says update from floppy,I don't have a floppy.usb won't work

You could buy a floppy disk drive for around $10.00.
Why wont USB work?
