Title: GA-970A-DS3P FX-8350 have i picked the rong mobo

  CPU:  AMD FX-8350

    MOBO:  970A-DS3P

COOLER:  Akasa Venom Pico CPU cooler

MEMORY: 4GB (2x2GB) Corsair DDR3 PC3-10666 (1333)

       GPU: HD7770

       PSU: 650W Powercool PC650UM, Modular

      SSD:  64GB SanDisk Pulse, 2.5" SSD     C: DRIVE

     HDD:   1TB Seagate ST1000DM003 Barracuda 7200

i have some hanging issues under load and playing games is that because the mobo doesnt provide enough power to the cpu?

I doubt that it has dual 22 amp rails which isnt a true 22 amp. It would be more like the PSU isnt powering it or a conflict in drivers.
