Title: USB Flash sticks not detected when trying to Qflash

I am trying to update the bios for a 965p-dq6 rev 2.0 motherboard but the flash stick will not be detected. It just says floppy A. I have tried different USB ports and formatted it to fat32 quick and long. I have the 3 files in the root of the flash drive that are unzipped from the file downloaded from the gigabyte website.
