Title: Gigabyte GA-B85-D2V - On Off Charge not working

Hi,

I have an Gigabyte GA-B85-D2V motherboard and I installed the latest On Off Charge software utility and rebooted my PC and then opend the app from
 "C:\Program Files (x86)\Gigabyte\OnOffCharge2\OnOffCharge2.exe"

And it says that UsbCharger Driver Not Ready!!!!

I have Windows 8.1 x64 and the latest BIOS (there is one BIOS availabale on the download page)

I have the same issue on my Z87 board, It would appear no one yet knows the fix :(
