Title: Problems with Z77X-UD3H v1.0 and updating BIOS

Hi to all, i'm new here :D but i have a Gigabyte products for along time!, it's so good!
Anyway my problem is the next. ends of july of 2013 i update my vga card for Sapphire 7950X and then to format and install win7 sp1 the perfomance of vga in games were so bad. I was researching and finally decided update the BIOS for the lastest version NO beta, so the F18 version.
Then, it starts the problems!. The performance of games really change for better and the games run ok! but now i don't enter to the BIOS. When i press the "Supr" button load the itro screen to the bios but it's frozen right there, and keyboard and mouse, both of them, connected and turning on of light, doesn't response, and always is the same problem, why?

So, i turn the button of Dual BIOS to use the baclup bios, it runs reaaly good but i have lag in the games :(. Anyway, as i don't enter to BIOS, i can't update this version (F18) for anything one!!

Help me!!

Supr button? Do you mean the Del key. Try a Ps2 keyboard. What CPU are you running too? A sandy bridge or Ivory bridge?

Hi, thanks for the answer. Right, "Del" key. I don't have a PS2 keyboard in hand to try. I'll try to catch one. I have this mother with Intel 3570K (Ivy) and 8GB (2x4) DDR3 1600 Mhz GSkill modules.

The only reason I ask about the CPU is that I have seen a Sandy Bridge do some funny things to a Z77.

Ouh :\ .. so you say that this things can be happens in Ivi Bridge on Z77X? Is there one way to reset the primary BIOS to factory version?

No it is just the sandy bridge that if you run it with a 3.0 video card you really don't get the best performance out of the card.

Plus the sandy bridge doesn't support 3.0 video cards. Yes you can reset it to factory defaults. Let me check here there is a post with step by step how to reset it.
