Title: Need to update BIOS on 990FXA-UD3 v1.0?

I'm still having the occasional random glitch on my system, & I'm wondering if part of it is a need to have a newer BIOS update on it.

CPU:  Phenom II X4 970 BE
RAM:  8GB (2x4), 1333MHz
Hard Drives:  WD Caviar Blue 1TB (primary), WD Caviar Green 1TB (secondary), no RAID
Current BIOS version:  F4

Unfortunately, the descriptions of the BIOS versions on the Gigabyte website are somewhat cryptic, & I'm not sure if I can go straight to version F10 or if I need to step through the others first.

Go straight to F9 as F10 is a Beta
