Title: GA-H55M-S2 (rev. 1.3) starting problem

Hello.
I have a problem with a GA-H55M-S2 (rev. 1.3) motherboard. After I press the power button it starts and immediately shuts down, stays a second and starts turning itself on and off every 1 or 2 seconds.
