Title: ga-h61m-s2p + no boot and no operation the motherboared is dead

I have a new  ga-h61m-s2p  mother boared with intel core i7 processor. I already install it and its working. After that I  install win7 already on the HD. this is done yesterday. Today I came and operate the computer the mother boared didn't work at all  even the power supply didn't work. I checked the power supply it is OK and I operate it without any sound. But when I connect it ( power supply) to the mother boared and turn it on the powersupply make a noisy load sound. no thing else happend. Is this mean that the power supplu is corrupted . How can I diagnose what is the problem.
note : the motherboared is new !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

try and the board outside of the case.
