Title: ga 970a ud3p new build worked for 3 days now no beeps no post won't shut down

I STARED TO SUSPECT NEW PSU FAILURE.  CHECKED 5V AND 12V LINES WERE WELL BELOW NOMINAL.  TOOK BACK PSU AND INSTALED L DIFFERENT 500W PSU  SAME RESULTS. BREADBOARDED THE MOBO WITH ONLY CPU (FX 4130) AND CPU FAN ONLY SAME RESULTS.  ANY SUGGESTIONS?
