Title: GA-X58A-UD3R no power, only 'clr cmos' blink

Hi
I bought a GA-X58A-UD3R to use with a core i7 920.
My setup is: corsair 650watt psu, 3x2GB corsair xms3 ddr3.
When I plug it in, only thing that happens is the CLR CMOS button on the back starts blinking. no fans, no leds, no power.
The psu is checked ok. I can't find anywhere what the blinking means...
Any ideas?
