Title: HALP! Memory Upgrade

Motherboard- GA-Z87-D3HP
4x8GB GSkill- F3-12800CL10D-16GBXL
OS- Windows 7 32-bit

So I just built my computer about a month ago and I've been wondering why only 2.9 GB of memory is available so I finally looked it up and I found out a 32-bit OS doesn't support more than 3-3.5 GB

So my question is this:

Is it really that simple? I just need a new OS? or am I going to run into another problem?

yes, just install a 64 bit OS and all RAM will be visible
