Title: GV-R927OC-2GD-GA fan speed problem

I've bought this card r9 270 OC Windforce 2X and when I've installed it in my computer the card made too much noise, I've tried to adjust fan speed by OC_GURU_II an msi afterburner but the fan rpm it's fixed at 2550-2575 and to me it's too loud, the fan runs at the same speed at idle and load. The temperature al idle it's 28-30ºC and 50-55 at load. I don't know but it's very strange that the card don't change it's fan speed based en load.

Did you manage to solve this problem? I have so much and I can not deal with it.
