Title: Gigabyte R9 270X OC 4GB not booting

My gear:
MSI 990FXA GD65
AMD FX6100
16GB DDR3 1600 CORSAIR VENGEANCE (4x4gb)
650w modular PSU
Gigabyte R9 270x OC 4GB
win7 x64

I just got the r9 270x to replace my hd6850 and it just wont boot
The monitor does not seem to receive any output from de vga because it will just go standby. When i put in the 6850 works, so i downloaded the latest amd catalyst and bios, but still the same.
Any ideas???

I've had this issue and fixed it by using the slowest pciX.. no performance impact anyway
