I recently acquired a second-hand M55Plus-S3G rev 1.0 motherboard. When I used @BIOS the program detected my mobo as a rev. 2, and flashed rev. 2's latest stable firmware on my board (FH). I am now experiencing graphics corruption on the onboard vga and my pci-e graphics card(which works on another system) is not being detected
I tried to reflash using the correct rev. 1 BIOS (F15b), but I have had no success. I tried @BIOS , UniFlash , Qflash . I keep getting "BIOS ID check error".
Is there any way that i can reflash the mobo with the correct bios file?

Maybe forcing the back up BIOS to kick in if exists. That one has a copy of the old BIOS.Research this forum as it has been explained many times how to do it.@BIOS should allow you to install the BIOS back though.

This is an old motherboard. It does not have a backup bios.
I don't trust @BIOS since it caused the problem in the first place
Is there some other reliable software I can use to force a BIOS flash?

The link below is for an old thread but the poster had the same problem as you.
A responder was supposed to have sent the OP a utility that would force the BIOS to be updated.

You have already used @BIOS so using it properly should be no problem
@BIOS can flash a BIOS that you have downloaded as well so you can manually force a BIOS flash tru it.
Go on the product page choose the right version and download the BIOS file.Unzip the archive content and when trying the manual @BIOS flash point it to the BIOS file you ve unziped.
Of course it s risky ,but you already have a half working board
@BIOS ignores the checksums of the file so it s the way to restore your board.
Just make sure you remove all unneeded hardware from the config and find a way to have a fully stable system that doens t freeze. Then use the @BIOS and pray to finish successfully the flash :)
Otherwise a hardware store/repair shop is the solution.

Tried using @BIOS to flash correct file(m55s3g10.15b) but I get an error:
BIOS Partnumber(AWARD) is not correct!
