Title: Illuminated keyboard and USB stay on after shutdown

Running Windows 7 64bit on a GA-EP45_UD3L.
When I shut down at night the keyboard and my Usb ports do not switch off, have checked bios and can't see a settig to rectify this problem. Any help would be appreciated.
