Title: Gigabyte Z87x-UD3H Motherboard Debug LED 04
Post by: ivliu92 on February 14, 2014, 12:15:18 am
Hi,

I have a problem, well i'm not really sure if its' a problem or not. but my LED reading on my motherboard is always showing 04, and i have no idea what it means. I know that A0 should be the normal code when you're using your computer. Mine would show 04, and if I was to restart my computer, it will change to A0. But the initial boot up will always be 04.

Is there something wrong with it, do i need to worry about that? if so, what can I do to change it.

If everything is working and you are not having any problem. Don't worry about it. I look at the book and there is no code for 04.

I have the same issue.

The LED is marking 04. All I want to know is if there is a problem, error, or I shouldn't be worried at all.

Yesterday I performed a BIOS update and nothing has changed...

The first month with the motherboard, the LED was always AO. Now only appears after restarting the computer, but 04 is all I get in the first place...

PCH initialization before microcode loading

What does that mean?

Thanks.
