I've recently bought a new H87-D3H and flashed the latest 1.6 BIOS. I got a device in the device manager which is Intel Active Management Technology (AMT). I want to disable it, but did not found an option on the BIOS setup. Is it possible to disable it?

Just load the driver for it "Intel Management Engine Interface".

But what I asked is if there's anyway to disable it. I know which driver to install.

I don't think you disable it. That is the name of the driver you need: "Intel Management Engine Interface".
