Title: Problem USB 3.0 970A-DS3P

Hi. i bought this motherboard and I installed all drivers gigabyte has on Support website, for W8.1 64 bits (This is OS I have installed)
But the USB 3.0 ports are not is not working for USB 3.0 devices. If I connect 2.0 devices it works.
I tried many things, I put Windows 7 but the same problem.
I looked for the main drivers also (VIA VL805) and continue.
I dont know what else to do...noone of the USB 3.0 works for 3.0 devices, not backpanel and not the tower ones... Please...I need help. Its my first Gigabyte product and it will be the last one if there is no solution... I tried everything!!!!
Some picture when I connect USB 3.0. I unistall that driver make porblem but whenever i connect again...happends the same

If you are still able to send the board back to reseler we can build a FM2/+ system instead.
The FM2+ boards work out of the box if they are stated to have USB3.0 of course.
